1. Operator

1.1. The operator of the Fantasy Boosters digital service is:

1.2. The Operator provides the Fantasy Boosters digital service – analytical and entertainment reports for Fantasy Premier League mini-leagues (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1.3. These terms of service govern the rights and obligations between the Operator and customers (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Customer") when using the Service.

2. Definition of Terms

  • 2.1. Service / Fantasy Boosters – digital service that generates and delivers reports and analysis of manager performance within FPL mini-leagues, primarily for entertainment and community purposes.
  • 2.2. Mini-league – a private or public league created within the Fantasy Premier League game on the official FPL platform, to which the Customer has access and enters its league ID.
  • 2.3. Report – textual / visual output (email, web article) that summarizes the events in the mini-league over a certain period (Gameweek).
  • 2.4. Season – one competitive period of the Fantasy Premier League game, defined by the official organizer (Premier League), usually from GW1 to the last GW of that season.
  • 2.5. Founders Pass – a special subscription or package that may cover one or more full seasons of Fantasy Boosters, in the scope specified in the offer or upon order.
  • 2.6. Subscription – time-limited access to the Service, most often linked to one FPL season (or multiple seasons for Founders Pass).

3. Subject of the Contract and Scope of Service

3.1. The subject of the contract between the Operator and the Customer is the provision of the Fantasy Boosters Service – specifically the preparation and delivery of reports about the mini-league according to the selected package.

3.2. The Customer typically purchases:

  • access for one specific mini-league (or more mini-leagues if specified in the offer),
  • which includes X reports per season – for example: 1× report per week / after each Gameweek.

3.3. Duration of Season / Founders Pass:

  • Standard seasonal subscription lasts from the start of the FPL season (GW1) until the last GW of the same season.
  • Founders Pass may cover multiple seasons or an extended scope of services; the exact scope is defined in the specific offer.
  • A detailed description of the duration is always provided with the specific Service offer (product page / price offer / order form).

3.4. The Service is provided exclusively digitally, mainly in the form of:

  • email reports,
  • access to the web interface,
  • shared links on social networks.

3.5. The Fantasy Boosters Service is not an official product of the Premier League, FPL, or any club. The Operator is not affiliated with or sponsored by the Premier League or FPL platform in any way. All trademarks and team/club names belong to their respective owners.

4. Order and Conclusion of Contract

4.1. The Customer orders the Service:

  • via the web interface through the Stripe.com payment gateway,
  • or based on an individual offer (by email, invoice).

4.2. The contract is concluded at the moment when:

  • The Customer submits the order and
  • pays the price (or part of it, if agreed otherwise) and the Operator confirms the order (by automatic email or individual confirmation).

4.3. The Customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data during the order (especially contact email, billing data, and mini-league identification).

4.4. The Operator is entitled to reject or cancel an order if the data is obviously incomplete, false, or if the Customer has violated the Terms of Service in the past.

5. Price and Payment Conditions

5.1. The price of the Service is stated for the specific product / package on the website, or in an individual price offer.

5.2. Prices are stated in EUR and may be with or without VAT (depending on whether the Operator is a VAT payer).

5.3. Payment is mainly non-cash (bank transfer, payment gateway, card), or other way as agreed.

5.4. Unless stated otherwise, the Service is generally paid in advance as a subscription for the entire season.

6. Delivery of Service

6.1. After receiving the payment and necessary data, the Operator includes the mini-league in the system and begins preparing reports according to the selected package.

6.2. Reports are delivered at intervals specified in the offer (e.g., after each GW, once a week), primarily to the email provided in the order.

6.3. The Operator's responsibility for message delivery ends at the moment of proper sending to the email. The Operator is not responsible for full mailboxes, spam filters, or errors on the part of the email provider.

6.4. The Operator uses external systems and data (e.g., official FPL website) when providing the Service. It is not responsible for changes in rules, API, downtime, or termination of third parties.

7. Rules for Using the Service

7.1. The Customer acknowledges that the Fantasy Boosters Service is intended for entertainment and community purposes. Reports and analyzes are not financial or betting advice.

7.2. The Customer agrees not to:

  • use the Service for illegal purposes or violation of FPL rules,
  • use it for gambling advice in terms of betting recommendations,
  • abuse it for spamming other persons,
  • automatically "scrape" results or bypass limits,
  • resell or commercially use it beyond the agreed framework.

7.3. Unauthorized sharing of entire reports with third parties for a fee and public redistribution of the Service content as your own product is strictly prohibited.

7.4. The Customer has the right to use reports for their own needs, for the needs of their mini-league (sharing within the league players), and to share screenshots on social networks citing the source "Fantasy Boosters".

7.5. If the Customer seriously violates these rules, the Operator may restrict or cancel their access without a right to refund.

8. Responsibility and Warranties

8.1. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Service works stably, has up-to-date data, and brings logical analyzes.

8.2. The Operator does not guarantee 100% availability of the Service, complete error-free algorithms, or that analyzes will lead to improved Customer performance in FPL.

8.3. The Operator is not responsible for damages resulting from changes in FPL rules, technical problems on the FPL side, incorrect entry of data by the Customer, or internet outages.

8.4. The Operator's total responsibility is limited to the amount of the price paid for the Service for the relevant season.

8.5. The Service is not financial advice. The Customer uses it at their own risk.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. A Customer who is a consumer has rights according to valid legal regulations of SR/EU, especially the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

9.2. The Fantasy Boosters Service is digital content provided online. Upon order, the Customer may express consent for the Service to begin being provided before the expiry of the legal withdrawal period.

9.3. Voluntary refund policy of the Operator: If the Customer finds out after payment that they do not want to use the Service, they can request a refund at the latest within 14 days of payment and before the delivery of the first seasonal report.

9.4. Refund is not possible if the Customer has seriously violated the conditions, or if they request a refund due to unsatisfactory FPL results.

10. Personal Data Protection

10.1. When providing the Service, the Operator processes the personal data of Customers (especially email, name, billing data).

10.2. Detailed information is provided in a separate document "Privacy Policy".

10.3. By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All reports, texts, graphs, algorithms, and visuals created within the Service are protected by copyright. Their author/owner is the Operator.

11.2. The Customer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use reports for their personal needs or the needs of their mini-league.

11.3. If the Customer wants to use the content commercially, a prior written agreement with the Operator is required.

12. Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1. Legal relations between the Operator and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the parties preferentially by out-of-court agreement.

12.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved before the relevant court of the Slovak Republic according to the Operator's seat.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13.1. The Operator is entitled to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.

13.2. The Operator will inform Customers of significant changes by publishing the new version on the website and/or by email notification.

13.3. The new version of the Terms and Conditions is effective on the day of its publication, unless stated otherwise.

14. Final Provisions

14.1. These Terms and Conditions are prepared in the Slovak language.

14.2. The invalidity of any provision does not result in the invalidity of the other provisions.

14.3. These Terms and Conditions take effect on December 4, 2025.
